CEO (Chief Executive Officer)
Win-EL Munishi is a Certified Aeronautical Engineer with a Bachelors Degree in Airplane design, manufacturing and maintenance graduated with honorary from Nanchang Hangkong University Jiangxi China. His Vissionary perspective earned him to work with Carlcare Service Tanzania, ranked #No 1 Aftersale Service provider of electronic devices in the world as Country Manager. That enabled him understand Customer service management, operations and innovations.
He also worked with PRISM International an American NGO from 2014-2021 giving basic social services to the unreached areas in Tanzania by building schools, youth leadership & mentoring, digging ground water wells and setting purification stations for clean and safe water to improve community health.
Outsied his career life Eng Win-EL is a passionate multi-instrumentalist, he enjoys playing and teaching music, he spends most of his leisure time playing guitars and pianos in churches and gigs. Win-El is so passionate in inspiring the next generation by mentoring and inspiring young leaders and entrepreneurs. He is credited for his strong leadership and management at Winyo's.Co.
Eng: Wilfred T. Yoani
Co-Founder
Eng Wilfred Youani is a Certified Aeronatical and Mechanical Engineer, holding a Bachelors degree in Airplane desing, manufacturing and Maintanance from Nanchang Hangkong University Jiangxi China,Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University Xian China, graduated as major of his promotion, published and contributed to multiple articles. Wilfred has worked with Multiple Chinese firms such as (Huawei, Kaide Xin derui, Guangzhou Baptex representative,Global Cargo, many more..) enabling him to master Chinese manufacturing economics, market, culture and language.
He speaks four language fluently,English , French, Chinese and Bafang Cameroonia local Language. He has worked with Huawei graduate training program for sustanable technology and AI.
Apart from engineering activities, and his obssesion in aviation career. Eng Wilfred also spends his time playing and watching Football. He has traveled around the world learning new cultures and languages. He also loves fitness and swimming as part of his down time activities. He is credited for his outstanding global understanding in Logistics, business cultures and supply chain management skills at Winyo's.CO
Miss ELizabeth D. Dandu
CFO (Chief of Finance)
Miss Elizabeth is an experienced exceptional Financial manager with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting and Finance from acclaimed university in Tanzania for it excellent business studies known as Mzumbe Universty graduating with an outstanding perfomance. She has worked with multiple govenmental and private financial institution attaining wide and diverse knowledge in risk management, business forecast and administration, financial monitoring and control. Besides working in financial projects Elizabeth is also a passionate Interior designer,naturalist, and art enthusiast.
She has worked with various brands and businesses in integrating a fine art of nature with design and illustrating life inside art. which has advance her ability in design thinking and innovative skills needed in product design and services.
When she isn't on finance matters or designing, Elizabeth loves helping her community through volunteering in health care activities in unprevileged society. also she spends her time traveling in various natural scenery and going to hikes or camping.
